McCoy's 5A Media
McCoy’s media was originally formulated for the growth and support of lymphocytes. This final modification produced a media identical to RPMI 1629. McCoy’s 5A support the indefinite proliferation of Walker 256 carcinoma cells.
In addition, it is excellent for the propagation of leukocytes, biopsy tissues, a broad range of human cell types and the most demanding normal or transformed cell lines.
